Custom work from Plush art studio is one of a kind, and made to order, therefore the studio does not offer returns or exchanges.
Photos and/or video will be provided to the client prior to shipment for approval. At this time the client may request for minor alterations to be made at the discretion of the artist. Larger changes including structural alteration, pattern alteration, or redesign will incur a fee of 80.00 per working hour plus material costs. Not all alterations can be accommodated.
After final approval is given, your custom work will be shipped. Shipping expenses are the responsibility of the client. Because it is difficult to estimate the exact final weight of a custom piece, there may be additional shipping charges which will be invoiced prior to shipping.
All shipments are insured. If the product is damaged during shipping, Client will need to provide photos of damage to the shipping container, and the product immediately upon receipt to file a claim with the shipping provider.
Post-shipment alterations are available for 4 weeks after receipt of your custom work. Shipping for post production alterations is the responsibility of the client, and additional reworking will be billed at the rate of 80.00 per hour plus material costs. Any post shipment alterations must be approved by the artist prior to return shipment. Not all alterations can be accommodated.
